That’s what I’ve decided that I will call my new diet. Basically giving up milk products, meat and its greasy sauces and gluten. My gut will probably thank me… and I might coin a new diet name… what do you think!? Gluten-free, Pesco-ovo-honey-vegan.

Tonight we enjoyed gluten-free pasta tossed with salmon, roasted red peppers, sauteed swisss chard with garlic and lemon juice. And now… mango and banana drenched in honey with, of course, coffee… because I’ve got studying to do.
And seriously my kids cleaned their plates. And for all the parenting fails I’m certain I’ve earned, I’m SO thankful for kids that eat better than most grown ups! One parenting task I can put a check mark by! Yay!

Hi, I am trying to eat better – for me at least – and am trying to avoid dairy which I don’t find is too hard but it’s the wheat that I have trouble with. Gluten free pasta would be great. I think I’ll have to make a trip to the health foods store to what I can scare up. Thanks for the inspiration.
