That’s what I’ve decided that I will call my new diet. Basically giving up milk products, meat and its greasy sauces and gluten.  My gut will probably thank me… and I might coin a new diet name… what do you think!?  Gluten-free, Pesco-ovo-honey-vegan.

Tonight we enjoyed gluten-free pasta tossed with salmon, roasted red peppers, sauteed swisss chard with garlic and lemon juice. And now… mango and banana drenched in honey with, of course, coffee… because I’ve got studying to do.

And seriously my kids cleaned their plates.  And for all the parenting fails I’m certain I’ve earned, I’m SO thankful for kids that eat better than most grown ups! One parenting task I can put a check mark by! Yay!
