My name is Lauren Metelski. I am a Kentucky native, born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. After the birth of my first daughter, I decided to pursue a career that would allow me to support other women during their own quest to motherhood. Because of my own two birth experiences, the training and experience as a doula, and my childbirth education experience, I can meet you wherever you are in your birth journey. I feel honored at the opportunity to serve expecting couples as they prepare for birth and live out their own birth wishes.

My qualifications:

• Doula since 2007 through DONA.
• Childbirth educator of BabyBodyBirth classes since 2008.
• Experienced 2 wonderful births of my own and have 2 beautiful daughters.
